Tucker University 2026 - Freshman Class
We are proud to have Betty McCullough teaching the Tucker University curriculum here at Scrappy Rooster Quilts. She will be teaching a series of technique courses based on Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Design tools and techniques in each of the monthly classes. Your monthly class fee will include the Studio 180 Design ruler that is being taught that month.
For the month of May, she will be teaching you the Diamond Rects Ruler. Now you can make those tough elongated diamond units needed for any Storm at Sea project with ease and success. But remember, this is a basic unit that can combine with any of the other fundamental units to create many, many other interesting designs and quilt projects. You'll precision cut the center diamond, then sew on side triangles to create an oversized unit that you'll trim down to the perfect size.
